Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Most items sold by ucitacticalsupply.com may be returned for credit within 20 days from the ship date, credit will be issued less a 20% re-stock fee and all shipping fees.
To initiate the return, simply e-mail ucitacticalsupply@yahoo.com and receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in the original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. All returns must clearly show our RA# on the outside of the package. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. We cannot accept returns with retail price tags, only items from our store can be returned. A 20% re-stock fee and all shipping fees will be subtracted from your credit.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier. You must pay all cost related to return shipping (be sure you want what you are ordering). After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, your account will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the item less shipping charges and a restocking fee of $6.95 per item or 20%-whichever is greater. For refunds on purchases your credit card will be issued to the same credit card used to make the purchase at purchase price minus the shipping and restock fee that applies. Shipping charges will not be credited and you are responsible for the shipping charges for the return.
Please remenber that the customer is responsible for providing the correct product information when the order is placed. Be sure that you want what you order.
Cancelations: If you need to cancel an order please do it as soon as you can. Once an instock item has shipped, the return policy goes into effect. On items comming from the manufacturer the return policy goes into effect as soon as the item is in transit to our distributor.
If you notice that you have an order that has been canceled by us it could be due to a credit card problem, discontinued item or a price discrepancy that we cannot honor. Sometime manufacturers discontinue or change prices without notice and we don't find out untill we place the order.
We cannot accept the return of certain items, including:
* Undergarments, batteries, factory-closeouts, special orders and other products, as noted on product sales literature.
* Worn or custom sized body armor. Unworn body armor must be returned in the original packaging with the manufacturers' warranty and product literature in tact. Worn and custom sized body armor may be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the sale date for resizing only. Please contact us for a copy of the Body Armor Alteration Form. This completed form must accompany the armor when it is sent to the manufacturer for resizing.
* No partial case pack items will be accepted. If you return a case pack item, it must be returned in the original shipping pack with all individual items unopened.
